If you want any help connecting your cloud to Expel Workbench, submit a Zendesk ticket. Click the link text at the bottom of the Welcome to Expel Workbench area, or click your user icon at the upper right of Expel Workbench and select Submit a ticket in Zendesk.
From the menu, click WB Support Ticket. Within the Subject, include the cloud technology you need help with. Add the words Free trial for faster prioritization.
Be as specific as possible within Request Details (what error did you encounter? Is there an error in a guide? And so on). Providing detailed screenshots helps us even more!
