By default, Workbench gives you the most asked for notifications. Where it goes from there is up to you. You can view, add, edit, and delete user notifications. Admins can do the same for the users in their organization.

Viewing your notifications
To view your notifications, take these steps:

In a new browser tab, login to https://workbench.expel.io.

From any screen, click the green square with your initials in the top right corner.

Select Manage account.

Your notifications are in the Email Notifications section.
Viewing user notifications for your organization
Admins can view and work with the user notification settings for all the users in their organization. This can be useful for onboarding, for example, to make sure the new user has the appropriate notifications from day one.
Note
Viewing and working with user notifications at the organization level requires admin privileges.
To view user level notifications for the personnel in your organization, take these steps:

In a new browser tab, login to https://workbench.expel.io.

From any screen, click Settings in the upper right corner.

Click Users along the left side of the screen.

Find a user, then click the down arrow on the right side of that row.

Click View & Edit.
-
The user's notifications are in the Email Notifications section.
Adding notifications
To add notifications, take these steps:

Click Add Notification.
-
A blank notification appears.
-
Select an event.
-
Select an action for that event.
-
You see a successful save message.
The notification appears in the Email Notifications section.
Editing notifications
To edit notifications, take these steps:

Hover your mouse pointer over the notification and click the pencil.

The notification appears.
-
Change the event and/or the action as needed.

You see a successful edit message.
Your edited notification appears in the Email Notifications section.
Deleting notifications
To delete notifications, take these steps:

Hover your mouse pointer over the notification and click the trash can.

The Delete Notification popup appears. Click Delete.
The deleted notification no longer appears in the Email Notifications section.
