Integrating with Microsoft Teams allows for notifications from Expel as well as 2-way communication.

Before you begin

Make a list of users you want to have added to the shared channel with Expel.

Send a list of users' email addresses to Expel.

Expel will create a Team and invite your users to the team.
Connect with the Expel team
When you receive notification that the Expel-customer team is ready, do this:

Toggle to the Expel organization in your Microsoft Teams instance.

In Microsoft Teams, navigate to your organization (top right corner of the screen) and click it. A dropdown appears.

Select Expel from the dropdown to switch to the Expel organization. Microsoft has instructions here.

Accept the permissions requested by Expel.
Note
Click Next through the next 3 Microsoft Teams prompts, then click Let's Go.

Select the General channel in the Expel-customer team to begin.

Note
To toggle back to your Microsoft Teams organization, click the Expel organization and select your organization from the dropdown.
