While your Expel Workbench administrator can set up your account, only you can activate it. After your account is ready, Workbench sends you an activation invitation via email. Invitations expire, so be sure to accept your invitation sooner than later.
Install an authenticator application, such as Duo or Google Authenticator, on your smartphone or other portable device with a built-in camera. You must set up your account with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Activate Your Workbench Account

Check your email for an activation invitation from Expel. The subject line will read "Welcome to Expel." If you didn't receive the invitation, or it expired, contact Support.

Open the email and select Set Up My Account.

Create a password by following the on-screen instructions, then select Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enable MFA. Enter your code and select Verify Code.
- Workbench confirms account activation on the next screen.

Log in to Workbench using the email address where you received your invitation and the password you just created.
- Complete MFA using your authenticator app.
- You are now activated and logged into Workbench.
