If you need support, one option is to open a ticket from Workbench (there are other support options available).

  1. While in Workbench, select your initials in the top right.

  2. From the menu that appears, select Submit a ticket in Zendesk.

  3. Complete the form, being as specific and thorough as possible when describing the issue.

  4. Select OK.
