If you need support, you can open a support ticket from Workbench.

  1. While in Workbench, click your initials in the top right.

  2. From the menu that appears, click Submit a ticket in Zendesk.

  3. Complete the form that appears. Be as specific and complete as possible about the issue.

  4. After you're done, click OK.
