The "Your Organizations" tab (within Organization Settings in the sidebar) shows you your organization(s) name, GUID, available services, and more. If you have more than one organization, they will all be listed in this tab.
If you select your organization name, you can view more details about your organization and obtain your organization GUID:
You may also add or modify features like notifications and auto remediations, review your organization's integrations, and more. You must have the Organization Admin role to make changes in this area.
